Return & Exchange Policy
• You can request an exchange or return within 2 days of receiving your order via customer service or our social media accounts.
• The shipping company will collect the item from you and return it to our warehouse for inspection. The item must be in its original and clean condition.
• For exchanges: The replacement item will be shipped after we inspect the returned item.
• For returns: The amount will be refunded through the original payment method (wallet or bank transfer).
• Free returns are available if the item has a defect or if the wrong color or size was delivered.
• If the return is due to a change of mind, a 100 EGP fee will be deducted for shipping and processing.
